I was afraid I'd be coming in as a "newbie" or feel like an outsider, like everyone was leagues ahead of me and I wouldn't fit in. But the retreat was so intimate and encouraging that it did NOT feel that way. Every woman shared their own journey and struggles and challenges, and we leaned on each other.
